Editing and previewing Markdown
Write in the editor, switch to preview, or use split view on Mac. Okra renders code blocks, callouts, local images, Mermaid diagrams, and task lists.
External changes
If another tool or coding agent updates a file while Okra is open, Okra watches for the change and keeps you close to the latest version.

Send product feedback by email or open an issue on GitHub. Include your platform, Okra version, and a short description of what happened.
Supported platforms
Okra 2 is a paid direct download for Mac with a free 7-day trial that requires no account or payment card. When the trial ends, documents remain viewable, but editing requires a $14.99 serial. Existing Okra 1 installations remain free to use. iPhone, iPad, Apple Vision Pro, and App Store versions are coming later.
